David Drumm Will Remain Behind Bars For Christmas

David Drumm will remain behind bars for Christmas after a judge refused to release him on bail in a Boston Court yesterday.

Judge Donald Cabell denied the 49 year old's request to be released on bail pending the hearing of his extradition case.

Mr Drumm is wanted back in Ireland to face 33 criminal charges relating to transactions alleged to have been carried out while he was CEO of Anglo during the financial crisis of 2008.

The extradition hearing is now set for the 1st of March 2016.
