Cyclists Threaten Causing ‘A Little Bit Of Disruption’ Due To Clareabbey Roundabout Concerns

Cyclists in the Ennis area are threatening to cause ‘a little bit of disruption’ if safety concerns at the Clareabbey Roundabout aren’t quickly addressed.

Elected representatives have called for traffic calming measures on the roundabout for a long numbers of years, but are frustrated at what they say is a lack of a response from Transport Infrastructure Ireland.

Clare County Council has forwarded a design for the project to the TII, who have now carried out an inspection of the area.
