Cyclists who break red lights or cycle the wrong way up one way a street could face fines, under a new set of offences announced today.

Transport Minister Paschal Donohoe is bringing some of the 36 road traffic offences for cyclists into the Fixed Charge Notice system.
But he's ruled out bringing in penalty points for cyclists.
