Sister Of Anthony Foley Braves Straits Of Gibraltar Swim In His Memory

The sister of Munster Rugby legend Anthony Foley has swam one of the toughest open water challenges to raise money in her brother’s memory.

Killaloe woman Rosie Foley completed the 22km crossing of the Straits of Gibraltar, where the current can reach up to 5.5km per hour, in support of Cardiac Risk in the Young.

Anthony died suddenly in his sleep almost three years ago, due to an undiagnosed heart condition.
