A Clare Government TD is renewing calls for disciplinary investigations into Gardai suspended from the force to ‘move on’.
There are eight Limerick-based Gardai have been suspended since November 2020 due to the alleged ‘squaring away’ of road traffic offences.
More than ten percent of Clare’s population is covered by the Limerick division, with concerns being expressed earlier this week about the number of new Gardai coming on stream locally.
