Concern has emerged that lives will be lost on South East Clare roads, if steps aren’t taken to address speeding issues in the vicinity of Sixmilebridge.
Residents there are said to be living in fear of fast drivers at peak commuting times, particularly on the Limerick and Shannon Roads.
Clare County Council says the issue has been raised with them and that digital speed signs are on order, while Gardaí will include the hotspots in their patrol locations.
