Ennis Parish Priest Says Cancellation Of Communions Is Disappointing But Not A Tragedy

The Parish Priest of Ennis says there’s an onus on everyone to act responsibly and follow advice on the cancellation of communions.

Tánaiste Leo Varadkar says NPHET’s advice has always been that communions and confirmations shouldn’t go ahead.

However, anger has been expressed by parents in Clare and across the country, as well as by some priests, about how casually the issue has been treated.
