The Director of Golf at Dromoland Castle believes hosting the KPMG Irish Women’s Open will shine a spotlight on what Clare has to offer.

Up to 20,000 spectators are expected to descend upon the championship golf course in the coming days to view the first Women’s Irish Open in a decade.

The tournament will officially begin on Thursday and run until Sunday, however a Pro-Am will be held today.
