Contingency Plans in Place For Munster Hurling Final After Rail Service Suspended

Contingency plans are in place to accommodate Clare supporters intending to travel by rail to Sunday’s Munster Hurling Final.

The route connecting Ennis & Limerick Colbert is currently suspended, after a truck collided with the Poulawilly Bridge on the R462, Sixmilebridge to Cratloe Road yesterday afternoon.

Its understood the bridge suffered substantial damage and Irish Rail say they will conduct extensive remedial works on site with the aim of reopening the line by Saturday.
