Clare’s Fianna Fail Senator has described Russian’s descision to impose a travel ban on more than fifty Irish Politicians as “a disgraceful action of intimidation by a desperate dictator”.
Timmy Dooley was informed yesterday evening that he’s among the 52 politicians who’ve been banned from entering Russia.
It comes following a meeting between Russian Ambassador Yuri Filatov and Department of Foreign Affairs Officials yesterday, during which the Government stressed it’s objection to the travel ban and made its position clear.
