Clare Rural SPC Chair Says Addressing Dereliction Issues In Scariff ‘Critically Important’

The Chair of Clare County Council’s Rural Development Committee says addressing dereliction issues in Scariff is ‘critically important’ going forward.

It’s after the town was awarded more than half a million euro in funding to proceed with the design and planning stages of a redevelopment project in the town centre.

The funding has been set aside under the Government’s Rural Regeneration and Development Fund to address refurbishing derelict buildings along with improving overall public realm facilities.
