Clare received 80% fewer visits from the IDA than neighbouring county Limerick in the first six months of this year.
To the end of June, the agency facilitated 10 in-person visits to the Banner and 2 e-visits in relation to potential foreign direct investment in the region.
However, representatives conducted 15 in-person meetings and 13 e-visits in Limerick and journied to Galway 16 times and held 7 virtual marketing appointments in the same timeframe.
