Clare Haven’s Service Manager says there’s been no real change in the year since Ashling Murphy’s Murder.
The Mary Immaculate College graduate was murdered on this day last year when going for a run along the Grand Canal in Tullamore.
The 23-year-old’s death sparked national and international reaction, with a promise by then Justice Minister Helen McEntee that a zero tolerance approach towards violence against women would be adopted in Ireland.
