Clare County Council has commissioned a property condition survey of the county’s Shannon Heritage Sites.
Lambert Smith Hampton Commercial Real Estate Consultants have been appointed to carry out a technical audit of Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Craggaunowen, Knappogue Castle & The Cliffs Of Moher Retail unit.
Upon completion at the end of the year, a report will be submitted to the local authority which will act as the guideline for all future investment in maintenance, remedial and conservation works at the attractions.
