1 In Every 75 People Living In Clare Now A Ukrainian Refugee – Crowe

A Clare Government TD claims 1 in every 75 people living in this county is now a refugee fleeing the conflict in Ukraine.

It’s estimated around 2,000 people are being accommodated in Clare after being forced to leave the war torn state, with around half of those in Lisdoonvarna alone.

32,000 people are expected to have arrived in Ireland by Easter Sunday, with the Cabinet being warned that places to stay are fast running out.
