A Clare GP says outside the box solutions are needed to change cultural norms around men’s health.
It follows a new report from Movember that shows over 40% of male deaths in Ireland are premature and are largely attributed to preventable causes.

Men living in deprived areas meanwhile, were 150% more likely to die before 75 than someone living in an affluent area.
Dr Fergus Glynn from Ennis Medical Centre says conditions can be caught with early presentation and screening.
