More than half of Clare’s workforce are expecting a pay rise this year.
The latest survey from FRS Recruitment also found that 8 in 10 employees in this county would be willing to change jobs for a salary increase.

Over 1,900 people here took part in the study, with 50% of Clare people admitting concern about the current economic outlook, well below the national average of 72%.
FRS Recruitment General Manager Lynne McCormack says however it’s a challenging environment for employers.
