Shannon Airport has recorded an 11% increase in passenger numbers over the past year.
New figures from the Central Statistics Office show there were 427,655 passenger movements at the Midwest facility between January and March, up from 385,118 in the same period last year.

Routes to and from the UK, Krakow, Lanzarote and Tenerife remain among the most popular at Shannon.
The Clare airport also handled 5,443 tonnes of air freight in the first quarter, a 53% increase on the same period last year.
