A Garda investigation is underway after a woman woke up to find a man standing in her bedroom in her North Clare home.
The man gained entry to the house in Crusheen at around 11 o’clock on Saturday night, while the woman was sleeping.

When she was awoken, she asked the man to leave and he immediately did so.
Gardaí are particularly interested in speaking to a man with a dark coloured beard who was seen on Main Street in Crusheen village between 8pm and 12 midnight on Saturday.
They’re asking anyone with information on the man to contact Ennis Garda Station on 065 68 48 100.
