The Cathaoirleach of Clare County Council says the visit of Britain's Prince Charles will shine a welcome spotlight on County Clare.
The Prince of Wales will visit the Burren next Tuesday (May 19th) as part of his tour of the west and North of Ireland.

Other functions on the couple's trip to Ireland include a private dinner with President Higgins and his wife Sabine and a visit to Mullaghmore where Prince Charles' great-uncle Lord Mountbatten was killed in an IRA bombing in 1979.
