A Quilty man is hitting out at the delay in a decision on the provision of flood defence funding for the Seafield area, following storm damage of 2014.
A feasability study has been carried out and a report was completed by the Office of Public Works in November but no decision has yet been made on whether coastal defence works will be sanctioned.
