Further restrictions have been introduced at Ennis Courthouse today, following Government advice.
The front door will be opened for scheduled court sittings and attendance by members of the public will be by appointment only.
With regard to Court sittings, only urgent matters will be dealt with, which may be the case in the Criminal and Family Law areas.
People are being asked not to attend court, unless they have been advised to do so by their Solicitor and anyone who is un-represented, and is due to appear in respect of criminal or traffic matters, don’t need to attend unless advised by Gardaí.
If you have any doubt as to whether you should attend Court, you should contact the Court Office on 065-6867500 or email [email protected].
Civil matters will be adjourned to later dates and again persons do not need to attend.
The Court Office will issue notices advising dates to which cases are adjourned.
