Gardaí have seized €2,100 of suspected cocaine in Tiermaclane, on the outskirts of Ennis.
Shortly after 5.30pm yesterday evening, Gardaí from the Clare divisional drugs unit were on patrol when they stopped and searched a car in Tiermaclane.
They discovered the suspected drugs, a weighing scales and bags, with the seized items now being sent for analysis.
