Gardaí in Clare are seeking dash cam footage, after an elderly man was duped by a conman claiming to be a doctor.
A man called a house in Drumquin, Tiermaclane on Monday evening at around 5 o’clock.
He identified himself as a doctor and began to examine the elderly man, but as he did so, took a sum of cash out of the homeowner’s pocket.
