Community activists in Cratloe are to sit down with An Post today amid fears over the future of the local post office.

A review of the service is currently underway due to what An Post describes as a vacant contract, prompting fears that it may be closed.
Around 1,000 people have already signed a petition to have it retained, and An Post meets with the newly formed Cratloe Post Office Action Group today.
