The historic Spancilhill Fair has again been cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The cancellation is only the third in the near-400 year history of the event.
The horse fair was cancelled last year, and also in 2001 as a result of the foot and mouth outbreak.

The event was due to attract around 10,000 visitors this June, but organisers are now shifting their attentions to hopefully hosting those visitors once more in 2022.
