Clare’s Fianna Fail TD says the government’s five point plan on COVID restrictions needs to be more measurable.

Clare is currently at level 2 of restrictions along with the rest of the country, except Dublin – which is on level 3 with additional restrictions.
Deputy Crowe says there needs to be more clarity on how counties can go up or down a level on the plan.
