County wide events for Heritage Week

Talks on the White Tailed Eagles of Mountshannon,  a Bat Walk in Dromoland  and the reintroduction of Ballyvaughan Apple Trees to the Burren are just some of the highlights of heritage week in Clare.

Events got underway over  the weekend and there are many to come in the days ahead with a Nature Tour of the Cliffs of Moher and the Celtic Traditions Concert in Tuamgraney among the highlights today.

There’s also talks on earthquakes in North Clare and genealogy in Kilrush as well as various other events are being held at local museums and libraries with full details on heritageweek.ie or clarecoco.ie
