A Newmarket-On-Fergus Councillor says he's found his dealings with Irish Water very frustrating, as he seeks to progress road repair works in the area.

Councillor Pat McMahon claims the repairs are badly needed but insists nothing can happen until Irish Water carry out upgrades to the water network.
He says he's been assured on many occasions that this will happen, but that no date has been set for the work to commence.
Councillor McMahon is very unhappy with the continued delays.
