Councillor Crowe Expresses Interest In Gaining Fianna Fáil Nomination For Next Election

Fianna Fáil’s Cathal Crowe has confirmed that he wants to run in the next General Election.

As had been widely expected, the Meelick Councillor confirmed he will seek the support of party delegates at their next selection convention, whenever that is held.

His election chances were given a significant boost recently, when the Boundary Commission recommended that nearly 5,000 voters in his own base of South-East Clare be moved back into the Clare constituency for future elections.
