Councillor Calls For Clare’s Coastal Defence To Be Prioritised Over Fighter Jets

Doonbeg Fianna Fáil Councillor Rita McInerney has proposed a “strong and modernised coastal defence” consisting of a dedicated Irish Marine Corps, Rigid Inflatable Boats for interception missions, jet ski drones and investment in frigates.
