Clare County Council is upping its efforts to increase its housing stock.

The Local Authority is inviting tenders for the supply of completed housing schemes in Clare towns and villages where a housing need exists.
The Council is also inviting tenders for land banks and development sites as it attempts to tackle the county's housing list which now stretches to more than 3,000 families.
