Clare County Councillors are calling for significant change to a draft document outlining future development on the Shannon Estuary, claiming it underestimates potential within the county.
A Strategic Integrated Framework Plan for the Shannon Estuary is being drawn up by a multi-agency steering group, including Clare County Council, other local authorities, Shannon Development and Shannon Foynes Port Company.
