After receiving the bill, the Council assessed the project to be worth 6.5 million euro, and then entered into a concilliation process with the company.

That process cost over 65 thousand euro, and saw the local authority enter into an agreement with P&D Lydon to pay the company an extra 1.35 million, excluding VAT.
