Council Says Vacant Property Grant Could Breathe Life Back Into Clare Town And Village

Clare County Council says the vacant property refurbishment grant could help breathe fresh life into towns and villages across the county.

There’s been strong interest in the scheme, which is designed to help people turn empty properties into a permanent home.

A grant of up to €30,000 is available to refurbish vacant homes, with up to €50,000 available for a derelict property.
