Clare County Council has passed an emergency motion seeking enhanced cost of living supports in the wake of last week’s fuel protests.
The proposal has called for meaningful supports to be distributed to households, workers, farmers and businesses.

It comes ahead of a No Confidence vote due to be brought against the Government by opposition later today.
