Clare County Council is urging the farming community to ensure that they only deal with licensed waste collectors.

The local authority is reminding people that it is a legal requirement for anyone involved in the collection of waste to hold a permit.
Farmers are being asked to ensure this is the case, when they obtain someone to take their waste away, in a bid to ensure that it doesn't end up dumped illegally.
