West Clare Publican Won’t Provide Indoor Service On Monday Due To Regulations Concerns

A West Clare publican says he won’t be providing an indoor service on Monday as he has a number of concerns about official hospitality guidelines issued from Government.

A meeting is taking place this morning to finalise the guidelines ahead of the easing of restrictions on Monday, following a meeting between Fáilte Ireland, government officials and the attorney-general.

As part of the guidelines, a scanner will be used to check that only those fully vaccinated or who have immunity will be allowed in, along with no time limits, table service only and guidance on ventilation.
