A South East Clare publican is calling for a roadmap for the full reopening of the hospitality sector to be put in place by the Government.

NPHET is to meet today to review current restrictions, with it widely expected that opening hours for pubs and restaurants as well as crowd limits at events could be relaxed as early as next week.

The Cabinet will then consider recommendations from public health officials on Friday, with an announcement possible before the weekend.
