The number of daily COVID cases in Clare yesterday was at its lowest since September 23rd.
The National Public Health Emergency Team reported less than five new cases of the virus in this county last night, and Clare FM understands there were just two confirmed cases in all of Clare yesterday.
It now means Clare’s incidence rate has fallen to 190.8 – its lowest in six weeks, and well below the national average of 228.0.

Nationally, the estimated 14-day incidence rate of Covid-19 has fallen by over a quarter since its peak on October 25th.
