Novas Launches Recruitment Drive To Aid Delivery Of Services During Pandemic

Homeless charity Novas has launched a recruitment drive to support efforts to deliver frontline services throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

With the extent of self-isolation amongst staff and the risk facing them of potentially contracting the virus, the approved housing agency is anticipating higher absenteeism than normal.

They’re hoping to hire people who are out of work, particularly in the childcare sector, as well as social care students in college who have experience, or people who have volunteered with vulnerable groups in the community.
