Clare Leaving Cert students say they’re finding the additional waiting time and the continued uncertainty surrounding their exams stressful.
The Leaving Cert is due to begin on July 29th, but a national survey of nearly 50,000 students showed most want the option of being graded on their coursework to date.
It’s also been suggested that the students may have to wear masks while taking the exams as well as strictly adhering to physical distancing requirements.
