Clare pharmacies are to start vaccinating people against COVID-19 this week.
More than 1,000 pharmacists across the country have been given the green light to begin giving out the jab, with the facilities being advised to administer it to people over 50 who are yet to receive a vaccine.
Over a quarter of a million doses are set to be given to people in the next seven days.
