The Asthma Society of Ireland is urging those in Clare living with the condition to find out if they are considered severe cases, given the current health pandemic.
Over 9,000 people across this county are asthmatic, which is one of the underlying conditions that poses a particular risk during the COVID-19 outbreak.
However, it’s only those who are suffering with severe symptoms that are particularly susceptible at this time.
