Up to 400 people are expected at a follow-up at the local Parish Hall from 8pm, where GPs will seek a clear timeline of the delivery of commitments made by local Government TDs Pat Breen and Joe Carey at a meeting in December.

The meeting which is being managed by the Clare GP Organising Committee as part of the No Doctor No Village campaign will focus on what they've described as a national emergency in resourcing and manpower within rural practice.
