Cooleen Bridge between Scarriff and Feakle will be closed for the next three weeks from tomorrow.
Clare County Council says it will be carrying works in the area and is asking that motorists use an alternative route.

Meanwhile three separate road closures will be in place in East Clare from tomorrow to the first of December.
The works will affect the Sixmilebridge to Clonlara Road at Oatfield Church, Crusheen road to Clooney at Ballyscanlan Crossroads and the Scarriff to Ennis road between Fortane & Bodyke.
Diversions will be in place.
