The Chief Operating Officer of Ennis 2040 is confident the future of the county town is in very secure hands.
It comes as Transition Year Students from the towns five secondary schools presented their visions for the towns economic and spatial strategy before a panel of judges at Áras Chontae An Chláír yesterday afternoon.
The overall winning team will then present their sustainability ideas and vision for Ennis in 2040 to the full meeting of Ennis Muncipal District Councillors on May 2nd before meeting Minister For The Environment Eamon Ryan & Minister For Education the following week.
Kevin Corrigan the COO of Ennis 2040 DAC says the outlook for the town is very bright.
