Clare Fine Gael Senator Martin Conway believes Junior Minister Lucinda Creighton will vote against the government on the abortion legislation.
The European Affairs Minister has been vocal on her opposition to aspects of the bill, particularly in regards to the issue of suicide and on Monday she stated she would vote with her conscience.
