Clare County Council is being asked to establish a register, outlining the public's right of access to graveyards in the Shannon Muncipal District.

Councillor Gerry Flynn claims there have been a number of attempts recently from landowners to deny people access to public cemeteries.
He's highlighting incidents at Kilquane and Moneen Cemeteries in particular.
Councillor Flynn believes the situation is unacceptable.
