The contribution of the traveller community in Clare is being celebrated at an event in Ennis tonight.

The Traveller Focus Event, which celebrates musical talent within the travelling community, with support from Traveller and non-Traveller musicians from Clare and beyond, is taking place at Glór from 7.30pm.
The event will also highlight the importance of maintaining good mental health and will be attended by representatives of Mental Health organisations, community programmes and support agencies.
